  To register and reserve your Studio you must complete the following:  

1. Rental Application Form [apply online]

2. Rental Agreement, and Lead-Based Paint Disclosure.

3. To secure the studio: Print and complete the Credit Card Authorization Form for Payment. And fax it to (808) 440-3721.

4 . Mail in your Security deposit and rents and make check payable to:

Move-in will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday Through Friday. We will try to accommodate your Move-In Date and Time should you need special arrangements. Please let us know 48 hours in advance.
